TCL擬擴大面板產能 佈局OLED

近日，TCL集團控股子公司深圳市華星光電技術有限公司，投資244億元人民幣建二期第8.5代TFT-LCD（含氧化物半導體及AMOLED）生產線專案計畫獲得股東大會通過。這意味著該專案將進入到實施階段。預計於今年底開工建設，2015年第三季度投產。建成後，預計每年增加供應液晶面板1,000多萬片。據悉，目前華星光電有一條8.5代生產線，但產能和規模不足，市場上的主要產品尺寸尚未完全覆蓋。專案的建成，將有利於新技術產品的研發與產業化，實現氧化物半導體、OLED等新技術應用，率先掌握下一代新型顯示技術。 (來源：經濟觀察網)
