大陸再出招應對產能過剩：國土部停批產能嚴重過剩行業新增用地

隨著產能過剩的愈演愈烈，各部門頻頻出招整治。近日，根據國土部消息，化解產能嚴重過剩是當前國土資源工作的重要任務，國土部將加強國土資源開發利用的統籌管控，對鋼鐵、水泥、電解鋁、平板玻璃、船舶等產能嚴重過剩行業專案，一律不安排新增建設用地計畫指標。此外，國土部將嚴把新增產能項目建設用地供地閘門，對產能嚴重過剩行業新增產能專案，一律不予受理用地預審申請；取消國土資源優惠政策，清理並廢除產能嚴重過剩行業專案用地、用礦優惠政策；促進落後產能淘汰退出和企業兼併重組；加大國土資源監管力度；嚴肅查處違法違規用地行為等。(來源：第一財經日報)
