興森科技擬千萬美元收購英國PCB企業

興森科技發佈公告稱，全資子公司興森快捷香港有限公司擬出資不超過1050萬美元，意向收購Exception VAR Limited及Exception PCB Limited 100%股權。其中PCB公司是位於英國的生產中高端PCB的小批量和樣板廠，而VAR公司主要業務為PCB貿易。此次收購將是興森科技全球化佈局的又一重要一步，預計將為公司新增1.5億元人民幣的貿易訂單。還有利於提升其在英國本土的高端樣板的製造能力和快速交貨能力，鞏固和擴大其在英國市場的佔有率。(來源：PCB資訊網)
