大陸國務院明確注册資本登記制度改革五大內容

大陸國務院近日召開國務院常務會議，部署推進公司注册資本登記制度改革，會議强調推行注册資本登記制度改革，幷明確了改革的五大內容。一是放寬注册資本登記條件。除法律、法規另有規定外，取消有限責任公司最低注册資本3萬元人民幣、一人有限責任公司最低注册資本10萬元人民幣、股份有限公司最低注册資本500萬元人民幣的限制；不再限制公司設立時股東(發起人)的首次出資比例和繳足出資的期限。公司實收資本不再作爲工商登記事項。二是將企業年檢制度改爲年度報告制度，任何單位和個人均可查詢，使企業相關信息透明化。三是按照方便注册和規範有序的原則，放寬市場主體住所(經營場所)登記條件，由地方政府具體規定。四是大力推進企業誠信制度建設。五是推進注册資本由實繳登記制改爲認繳登記制，降低開辦公司成本。(來源：中國新聞網)
