國務院發布大氣污染防治行動計劃

大陸國務院《大氣污染防治行動計劃》于近日發布。《計劃》要求，到2017年全國地級及以上城市可吸入顆粒物（PM10）濃度比2012年下降10%以上，爲减少污染排放，按照《産業結構調整指導目錄（2011年本）（修正）》等要求，提前一年完成鋼鐵、水泥、電解鋁、平板玻璃等21個重點行業“十二五”落後産能淘汰任務。2015年再淘汰煉鐵1,500萬噸、煉鋼1,500萬噸、水泥（熟料及粉磨能力）1億噸、平板玻璃2,000萬重量箱。對未按期完成淘汰任務地區，嚴格控制國家安排投資項目，暫停對該地區重點行業建設項目辦理審批、核准和備案手續等。(來源：中國科技網)
