工信部加强光伏製造行業管理

大陸工信部10月12日印發《光伏製造行業規範公告管理暫行辦法》，要求各地按照《光伏製造行業規範條件》提出市場准入標準，申報和推薦各自轄區符合規範條件的企業，工信部將對申報材料進行覆核、重點抽查和公示後，發布符合規範條件的企業名單。《辦法》規定，將定期組織符合規範條件的光伏企業的申報工作，工信部將委托第三方檢測機構，對公告企業産品進行不定期市場抽查。分析指出，光伏行業優勝劣汰的步伐加快，具有技術和規模優勢的企業已充分受益于産業集中度的提高。(來源：中國證券網)
