2013年2月16日國家發改委發佈第21號令中指出“2014年淘汰氰化鍍金”的決定，曾震動包括PCB產業在內的相關行業，由於事關產業發展，影響重大。經過各相關業界人士長期的努力協調，9月23日大陸國家發展改革委做出最新政策調整通知，為滿足鍍金企業正常生產需要，經研究決定，暫緩執行《國家發展改革委關於修改〈產業結構調整指導目錄（2011年本）〉有關條款的決定》（第21號令）第三十五條2014年底淘汰氰化金鉀電鍍金及氰化亞金鉀鍍金工藝的規定。通知全文詳見官網：http://www.ndrc.gov.cn/zcfb/zcfbtz/2013tz/t20130924_560135.htm (來源：國家發展改革委)
