大陸80%光伏企停產 行業整合大潮將至

大陸工信部日前發佈《光伏製造行業規範條件》，要求嚴格控制新上單純擴大產能的光伏製造專案。據悉，大陸前10大光伏企業負債總額已超過一千億元人民幣。今年上半年仍在生產的多晶矽企業只有8家，80%的企業處於停產狀態。此次工信部不僅在多晶矽和單晶矽的光電轉換率上大幅提高了標準，而且要求光伏製造企業每年用於研發及工藝改進的費用不低於總銷售額的3%且不少於1,000萬元人民幣。此外，由工信部主導制定的《光伏行業兼併重組指導意見》目前已完成修訂，將於近期正式出臺。(來源：慧聰網)
