商務部初裁決定對美多晶矽臨時反補貼

大陸商務部近日發佈銷售，大陸國務院關稅稅則委員會決定，自2013年9月20日起，對原產於美國的進口太陽能級多晶矽採用保證金形式實施臨時反補貼措施。進口經營者在進口上述產品時，應依據本初裁確定的各公司從價補貼率向中國海關提供相應的保證金。本次反補貼調查的被調查產品歸在《中華人民共和國進出口稅則》：28046190，該稅則號項下用於生產積體電路、分立器件等半導體產品的電子級多晶矽不在本次調查產品範圍之內。(來源：財新網)
