三星瞄準大陸市場 5億美元建包裝測試工廠

由於看好大陸市場，三星去年曾投資70億美元在西安興建晶片綜合工廠，今年1月曾向上海昆山的業務部門注資17億美元。近日，據大陸媒體報導，三星電子將投資5億美元在西安建立一個10-X納米級NAND快閃記憶體晶片封裝測試及固態硬碟（SSD）組裝生產線及測試工廠，以擴展其在大陸地區的業務。據悉，新包裝、測試工廠預計於2014年1月開工、年底完工。(來源：鳳凰科技)
