明年稅收增長目標調降至8% 結構性減稅再發力

大陸國稅總局透露，今年稅收增長目標設為8%，略低於去年稅收實際增長水準。在稅制改革方面，將對消費稅稅率結構、徵收範圍和徵稅環節進行合理調整。其中在結構性減稅方面，今年將結合、稅制改革完善結構性減稅政策，除積極推進營業稅改征增值稅試點工作、擴大試點範圍外，還將研究實施推動經濟結構戰略性調整、促進擴大內需、支援發展實體經濟、推進城鎮化等稅收政策。此外還將制定環境保護稅改革方案，進一步支援小微企業特別是科技型小微企業發展等。(來源：上海證券報)
