A- Main function item statements: When change software page each screen function describes as follows: 1- Image intensify：With DLF specific software, it can intensify PCB line and background contrast, improve inner image quality of multi-layer PCB board 2- Freeze image：It would be able to still do image compare or save after turning off X-RAY power. 3- Image enlarge：It can choose an area by mouse and magnify 2,4,6,8 or any times. 4- Image optical magnification：With attached optical magnification function, image can be magnified to 30 times at most and still maintain clear. it can choose 「magnify」or 「minify」to get suitable image,specially apply to drilling process. Camera times will be fixed in Lamination process 5- Hole shift measurement：Circle area and do measurement. 6- Image position measurement：Setting measurement area and do calibration, it can do position measurement.(optional software) 7- Image cut screen：It can choose 5 images to be froze and do compare at screen. 8- Image can be saved and printed. B- Characteristic：DLF X-RAY inspection machine with competitors as follows: 1- Image intensify：Use【Specific black-white image contrast intensify software】,it can get better image while lower kV value of X-Ray tube. - Lower kV value represents X-Ray tube life can be longer than our competitors. 2- Open OS platform：Use WINDOW XP, easily use Microsoft support components. 3- Word input：Image picture and document can be input words, ex: OP name,lot number,date,abnormal remark... 4- Thermal printer：Use thermal printer so it can output better quality images.（Optional）。 5- Image cut 5 parts：Apply to big PCB, falls on 4 corners and middle area, and can do hoe shift and laminate error compare.
