The temperature rise rate of our ceramic heater is 100℃/1sec. in point soldering, we have strong heat power to make the soldering time shorter and more easy to solder high heat-dissipation product. (i.g. heat-sink , Magnet-wire) 2. Ceramic heater will not be stuck/ corroded by solder, which means the shape of ceramic tip will not be change, it can make sure the position always be the same. In proper cleaning way, our heater can be used at least 1year. 3. Two ceramic heater can The cut system stabilizes the solder amount and no waste. The high-power heaters that quickly raise temperature stabilize the heat. Soldering method has been all digitized. Almost no solder balls and flux spattering. Reduces defect rates.
