Established in 1990, Unimicron Technology Corporation has its corporate headquarters in Taoyuan county, Taiwan. As a world-class PCB and IC Carrier supplier, our annual production value has exceeded 2.2 billion USD in 2011. We were also ranked as the No. 1 PCB manufacturer in the world by famous advisory company, Prismark.

Our Business is divided into PCB SBU and IC Carrier SBU. We have 13 factories in Taiwan, which include 6 PCB factories and 6 IC Carrier factories. In China, our production bases are located in Shenzhen, Suzhou, Kunshan and Huangshi city.
