We started our enterprise as SAN-EI Kagaku Kenkyusho (Laboratory) in 1950. We developed the first permanent waving lotion “EMACOL” in Japan and then manufactured and sold it in the market.
Since then we have cultivated our unique technology in the field of the base of cosmetic chemicals including waving lotions, hair cosmetic bases (creams, rinses, hair conditioners, treatment lotions, and finishing lotions) for more than 60 years. Our products have been highly appreciated by the customers in all over the world as well as Japan.

Based on the technologies cultivated in this field, we entered into the electronics industry. Since then our technologies and reliability have been appreciated by the customers for 45 years.
We will make efforts to establish firmly our unique technology contributing to the electronics industry innovating day by day.

We intend to be involved actively in the customers’ product development activities on the respective themes.
