上月中旬(2012年12月)，臺灣海基會董事長林中森一行15人(包括教育部林聰明次長、文教處劉克鑫處長、海基會馬紹章副秘書長、內政部役政署李忠敬副署長等)按照預定行程參訪欣興集團華南區聯能科技有限公司。由聯能王定坤總經理簡報Unimicron全球佈局及經營成果，林中森董事長肯定Unimicron推行TQM取得品質戴明獎是台商企業的光榮，也贊許聯能取得深圳市標竿企業、市納稅大戶、環保先進等成效，並在聯能科技工廠參觀鑽孔區。
