The PCB manufacturer First Hi-tec continued to receive more orders for automotive power PCBs; 100G switch boards, which have received considerable market attention, have also been put into mass production. With its significant expansion completed last year, the revenue of First Hi-tec is expected to grow by 10% this year, with an annual profit growth of 30%. However, First Hi-tec has no official response to market speculation. In recent years, two fields of the PCB industry have received considerable market attention, namely automotive boards and high-frequency communications boards. First Hi-tec has become Taiwan’s only automotive board supplier with Japanese and Chinese automobile manufacturers as end customer. Furthermore, automotive boards for European and American automobile manufacturers are currently in the proofing phase, which is expected to drive the long-term growth of First Hi-tec.  

In terms of high-frequency communications boards, 100G and 40G switch boards are the most popular. For Allied Circuit Co., Ltd., 100G switch boards are currently in the proofing phase, and 40G switch boards have been put into mass production. For First Hi-tec, a small amount of 100G switch boards has been shipped.

Thanks to the stable demand growth for automotive power boards and the realization of the expanded capacity last year, the annual capacity is expected to increase by 20%~25% this year, leading to an annual revenue growth of 10% and an annual profit growth of 30%. (Source: cnYES)
