Allied Circuit Co., Ltd. (ACCL), a manufacturer of server and industrial computer PCBs, enjoyed a peak gross margin in the second quarter. Awarded the foreign tender for 26-28 high layers of industrial computers, ACCL started delivering in the second quarter. With stable contribution in both the third and fourth quarters, the percentage of high layers is expected to further increase, thus optimizing the company’s product portfolio and gross margin.
        The server market is more stable. With Intel’s launch of the new server platform Purley, some clients have already switched to this new platform in the second quarter, and more clients are expected to do so in the third quarter. Compared to the previously launched Grantly, which features 8/10/12 high layers, Purley adopts 10/12/14 high layers.
