PCB設備廠 2023展望審慎樂觀   台灣電路板協會(TPCA)統計2022全年度上市櫃PCB設備廠營收,較2021年小幅成長4.8%。展望2023年,雖然市場氛圍尚未明顯好轉,但不少業者看好客戶投資需求仍在,在手訂單掌握度不差,且下半年需求也會漸漸復甦,對2023年看法審慎樂觀。 設備廠牧德首月營收雖受工作天數減少影響,1.63億元、月減12.3%、年減19.53%,不過受惠高階軟板、載板設備需求有撐,公司對上半年營運展望樂觀。 牧德表示,1月扣除變少的工作天數,其餘天數製造部門是全數滿稼動,顯現客戶需求持續加溫,加上新產品將陸續上市,帶來成長動能,公司展望也趨向樂觀。牧德將持續保持市場敏銳度及技術優勢,對不同產業推出相對應設備,投入利基型、高性價比產品開發,以協助客戶大幅減少成本、提升競爭力。 群翊表示,以先行指標合約負債來觀察,目前在手訂單仍高、能見度也明朗,如伺服器板、汽車板需求都還是很強勁,載板、HDI需求優於傳統板,雖然市場普遍預期上半年氛圍仍淡,要到第三季才會漸漸轉好,但對群翊來說,客戶投資先進製程、高階產品的需求仍強,因此對今年看法不悲觀。 業內人士指出,通膨升息、終端需求不振,影響企業資本支出,但因供應鏈全球化分散的趨勢愈來愈明確,晶片禁令下,供應鏈各地開花,一直有新需求出現,因此對設備廠來說生意仍旺。(新聞來源 : 工商時報https://ctee.com.tw/news/tech/803857.html)

日本擴大半導體本土化補貼,再鎖定支持電動車晶片   日本經濟產業省日前敲定確保純電動汽車(EV)等半導體穩定供應的最新補貼政策。根據《日經新聞》報導,日本政府以持續生產 10 年以上為條件,補貼廠商設備投資三分之一,並要求企業在供不應求時必須優先向日本國內供貨。這是日本政府決定扶持日本半導體國家隊廠商 Rapidus 推動先進產品外,再擴大到其他晶片,藉以強化在地供應鏈。 根據2022年日本頒布的經濟安全法,已經將半導體列為對日常生活和經濟活動的關鍵重要產品。同時將從1.3兆日圓的2022會計年度的追加預算中,撥出3,686億日圓(約28億美元)用於資助由政府設計的新補貼。 報導指出,這次的補貼以在日本投資為對象,不分國內外企業。補貼目標針對搭載於純電動汽車等、控制電壓和電流的功率半導體、控制汽車行駛的微控制器(MCU),以及類比數位轉換器等,補貼為最多三分之一,而半導體製造設備的補貼最多也是三分之一,稀有氣體等半導體原料則為最多二分之一。 日本除這次鎖定電動車相關晶片進行補貼之外,也已經支持晶片製造商Rapidus,目標在2025年建立最先進的2奈米晶片的生產線。 各國近年為擴大本國生產半導體,紛紛投入鉅資,包括美國、日本均祭出補貼政策,就連中國大陸也準備再投入資金推動半導體在地製造。包括此次的補貼在內,日本將總計投入約2兆日圓。是否有助於強化供應鏈、日本半導體產業的競爭力是否提高等的驗證也不可或缺。報導指出,這樣的全球脫鉤導致的競爭有可能長期持續,日本國內的一家半導體相關團體擔心,「全球可能出現設備投資過剩的風險」。 新聞來源:中央廣播電台https://www.rti.org.tw/news/view/id/2158315)
